The Institute of Indigenous Australia (IOIA) is an indigineous owned and operated education organisation. They assist Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people achieve their professional goals through culturally appropriate training, mentoring and support.

The IOIA were managing their onboarding process using a combination of excel sheets and google drive and found this introduced the following challenges:

1. Onboarding was highly time consuming

2. Lead capture was inefficient, potentially costing revenue

3. Data was not communicated in real-time

Our Solution

We created the IOIA a tailored Student Management System (SMS) to increase their business efficiency as well as to enhance their student experience across the board.

The new completely digital system tracks every interaction from the student registration to the completion of their studies and increases the accessibility of relevant data to both students and administration.

Our solution features a customisable permissions system that enables different user types to view, share and edit only the data that is relevant to them.
