CHALLENGE
The Institute of Indigenous Australia (IOIA) is an indigenous owned and operated education organisation. They assist Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people achieve their professional goals through culturally appropriate training, mentoring and support.
The IOIA were managing their onboarding process using a combination of excel sheets and Google drive and found this introduced the following challenges:
Onboarding was highly time consuming.
Lead capture was inefficient, potentially costing revenue.
Data was not communicated in real-time.
SOLUTION
We created the IOIA a custom Student Management System (SMS) to increase their business efficiency as well as to enhance their student experience across the board.
The new completely digital system tracks every interaction from the student registration to the completion of their studies and increases the accessibility of relevant data to both students and administration.
Our solution features a customisable permissions system that enables different user types to view, share and edit only the data that is relevant to them.
RESULT
Today, IOIA is a much more efficient business to interact with - for employees and students alike.
Real-time visibility into students' education status means that the team can more effectively engage with their clients and because communications are now stored in a single system, tracking interactions is much easier. This greatly streamlines their administration processes and they can now easily schedule and maintain the activities for each team member.
The entirely digital system enables them to accurately capture new leads and ensure their team follows up effectively. This results in a higher lead to client conversion and ultimately increased revenue.
