CHALLENGE
Australian Heliponents provide a comprehensive repair and overhaul service for helicopter components. They operate out of a fully equipped workshop in Brisbane, servicing both Australian and International customers.
The company was rapidly growing and found themselves drowning in paperwork as a result of inefficient processes.

SOLUTION
Working closely with Australian Heliponents, we designed a completely paperless system tailored to their unique business processes. The idea was to allow the team to capture and process data more effectively in real-time.
The new system also features integration for mobile devices, meaning that stocktake and inventory management can be performed remotely.

All of their work documents are now directly linked to relevant projects and this empowers their team to be more effective with the time they spend. Their management can now easily access essential business information such as the Quote Vs. Total Expenses breakdown for each client.
