Many factory employees are inspecting the parts themselves. A lot of employees are working together to spot the defects. It is a very difficult task, but with this visual system we can inspect this in half a second. Learning algorithm for this can give you more accurate results than any other inspection or humans.

Generative Design:

According to the manufacturers, AI comes in a new way of process called “generative design”. This is works as if designers create designs with some parameters such as materials, cost constraints and manufacturing methods in to a generative design software. Then the software explores all the possible permutations and generates designs alternatively. Finally it will transfer into machine learning to test and learn. From each testing they can identify what will work and what doesn’t.

These are the main popular libraries working along with heavy frameworks like apache spark and CNTK etc. In terms of machine learning and deep learning, libraries and frameworks work in python.

Python is basically ease of using, readable code and is almost unrivaled and simplicity especially for new developers. There are many advantages of ML and DL. Both ML and DL have complex algorithms at different stages of workflows. A new developer needs to worry about the coding because they focus more on solution to their problems. They will enable predictive maintenance by responding to alerts and resolve the machine issues.

In future, Robots will no longer have to be expensively created and programmed in a time consuming manner and provide them with fixed proceedures of assembled parts. That means we have to specify the task then the system will automatically identify the task and generate the program. The robot itself then decides which task should be done first.
